WHERE IS YOUR WAREHOUSE?
Our warehouse is located in Houston TX.  All of our products are produced there and will ship from there.  Everything is shipped UPS or USPS.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?
As of right now, we will not ship outside of the U.S.  But soon, that will change and we’ll make sure the world knows!

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We ask for 30 days between the time your order is processed and you receive your order in the mail.  Shipping can take up to 5-days depending on where you are located in the U.S.  Most orders will be shipped 1-2 days after processing but just in case Armageddon happens… we say 30 days.

IS IT SAFE TO USE A CREDIT CARD ON YOUR STORE?
Yes it is!  Our checkout page is on a Secured ‘https’ domain with a strong SSL Certificate to verify that your information will be kept safe.  If you have any doubts about the security of your information, please contact us and let us know.

DO YOU HAVE AN EXCHANGE POLICY?
We do not offer any exchanges unless if we made a mistake filling your order.  So if you ordered a Large 11ty7 shirt but you received a Toy Robot instead, we will gladly take the robot back to send you the Large shirt that you originally ordered.  But please use the “Contact” page to get a hold of us and let us know.  We’ll walk you through it.

WHAT DO I DO IF I SEND IN THE WRONG INFORMATION?
If you are able to get a hold of us before we ship out your order, then we will gladly make the necessary changes.  But if the order has already been shipped, you are at the mercy of the mail man or lady.
